GFRC / GRC
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Composed of high-grade white or grey Portland cement, silica sand, polymers, and alkali-resistant (AR) glass fibers. GFRC provides extreme strength with only 18–20 mm skin thickness, reducing building dead-load by up to 75% compared to traditional precast concrete.
- • Density: 1,800 – 2,100 kg/m³
- • Fire Rating: Class A1 Non-Combustible (BS 8414 & EN 13501-1)
- • Applications: Façades, spandrels, curvilinear fins, sunscreens, and decorative cornices
UHPC
Ultra High Performance Concrete
An advanced cementitious composite with compressive strengths exceeding 120–150 MPa and exceptional flexural ductility. Allows ultra-thin panels (12–15 mm) with nearly zero porosity, impervious to chloride ingress and salt spray.
- • Compressive Strength: > 130 MPa
- • Water Absorption: < 1.5% (extreme moisture resistance)
- • Applications: Slim architectural louvers, perforated mashrabiya screens, and high-wear podium cladding
GFRP / GRP
Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic
Ultra-lightweight resin composite for complex seamless domes, aerodynamic building caps, canopies, and expressive feature sculptures.
GFRG / GRG
Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum
High-density alpha gypsum reinforced with glass fibers for silky smooth, fire-resistant interior ceilings, columns, and acoustic auditoriums.
